Welcome 2010..It's A Party...This digi image is from Character Cafe coloured with water colour pencils. Sentiment is printed from computer and I use colour pencil to colour the edge of the white card stock to match the other layers of pattern paper. The card is based on PCP sketch challenge layout.Challenges entered :-
