Got this freebie notepad from a local bookstore and I altered the cover using christmas patterned paper, cut-out stamped ornament images (freebie stamp from Papercraft Inspiration magazine) and the greeting tags in scallop circle from Lollychops (tx a bunch Lolly!). A green cardstock is embossed with Cuttlebug Swiss Dot folder before adhered to the notepad spine.

An unusual interpretation of my sketch, but I love all of the entries, showing just how unique all of us are in our thinking. This is really bright and cheerful and love it to bits
