Altered Note Pad - Tilda in orange dress

materials: Magnolia Tilda, Prismacolour pencils, Cuttlebug Floral Screen embossing folder, Spellbinder Label 4 die, bling, glitter glue (on the shoe and dress), MS pinking scallop punch, note pad and white card stock.
Challenges:
