Trying a new card-making technique

Kaiserkraft butterfly stamp, diy crochet flower, Sheena Douglas 'Fabulous Florals' embossing folder, Spellbinder Classic Circle die, floral patterned paper, fucshia  cardstock,

Trying out Floating Strip technique as posted in the Butterfly Challenge

First, I cut the floral patterned paper into 1 cm rectangle and adhered to a piece of plastic sheet, arranging them in order and leave a bit of spacing in-between the strips. Took out a circle die and diecut it. Took another piece of white cardstock and cut into 5cm square, embossed with floral embossing folder.
Adhered the die-cut circle, crochet flower, sentiment, stamped and fussy cut butterfly image from snippet of flame red cardstock.

Challenges:
  1. Butterfly Challenge #169 F for floating strip card (I use Card Shape+fucshia, flame, fawn colour+flower theme+butterfly)
  2. Snippets Playground #427 - anything with snippet (I use snippet of plastic sheet, floral patterned paper)
  3. DL.Art 2022 May linky challenge
