Image: CC Designs Birgitta Tulip,
flowers: I Am Roses (R22-Aqua Curly Rose, S10m-15 White Achillea Cottage, R8-12 small Red Open Rose, R5-2 Soft Pink Indian Jasmine, R2-517 small Pink Rose),
floral embossing folder, leaves dies, Faber Castell watercolour pencils, doily

This Birgitta stamp was one of prize won in cardmaking challenges.  Love the cute girl. I pre-coloured the white doily with watercolour and let it air-dry overnight. I had stacks of these in various colour. As the image is a sitting girl, I need something to ground her to a seated-like scene, therefore I place her on a doily matted with a round die-cut cream cardstock.

A little birdie told me

stamp: Pink Petticoat (SCP#83 magazine freebie)  green polkadot paper, sakura punch, tiny daisy flower punch, watercolour, snippet of red paper, label die

Today I took out a very old magazine freebie stamp from Pink Petticoat, inked and coloured and die-cut with a label die. Next, I used snippet of leftover watercolour paper to punch out the leaves and sakura flower. The leaves were coloured with watercolour and then shaped with a long nose pliers for some dimensional effect. Same goes with the sakura flower.

Just Perfect

House-Mouse Designs 'Ballerina Baby', Copic, net stamp, star stamp, watercolour, deckle scissors

Lately, saw postage dies being used in some creative papercrafting, so I jumped into the bandwagon..with diy postage die-cut using deckle scissors.

The background was coloured with watercolour, inked some of the stamps here and there and adhered the cut-out coloured image onto it. Sentiment was stamped on snippet of white cardstock, cut out and inked the edges with a black marker.
