Christmas Card

The stamp was coloured using watercolour pencils and fussy cut out with scissors. The white cardstock was embossed with Sizzix embossing folder.

This House-Mouse stamp is called Breezy Pine, coloured using watercolour pencils, with background coloured with soft pastel and cloud stencil. Die-cut the red panel with a scallop square die. The white cardstock was embossed with a 6 inches embossing folder.

I quite like this stamp as the mouse looks kinda cute. Coloured with Copic and fussy cut out with my favourite Honey Bee scissors. White panel was embossed with Sizzix folder.

Another House-Mouse stamp, coloured using watercolour pencils and fussy cut out with Honey Bee scissors. The white cardstock was embossed with a 6 inches embossing folder.

Stamped image coloured with watercolour pencils. Die-cut the poinsettia flowers from snippet of red cardstock while the leaves were die-cut from scrap of watercolour paper. Using a stylus, I shaped the flower for some dimensional look before added to the card.

Birthday Gift Cheese

Done a simple birthday card using House-Mouse stamp, coloured with watercolour and die-cut with oval dies. Added bling to the sentiment.

Have a mice birthday

others: Cuttlebug 'Swiss Dot' embossing folder, sentiment label die, Copic, rainbow tape

Image coloured with Copic and fussy cut it out. I love cutting images with scissors, better than die-cutting with machine. Embossed the card with Swiss Dot embossing folder, die-cut the stamped sentiment with a label die and added rainbow colour tape to the bottom to ground the image.

Christmas

Image was coloured with watercolour pencils and fussy cut it out. Use yellow and pink soft pastel to colour the background of the front panel white cardstock. Next, I diecut wreath from green cardstock while the Christmas sentiment was die-cut from snippet of cardstock from my stash. I like the glitter red cardstock as it gives the sentiment a festive feel.

The image was coloured with Copic and fussy cut it out. Using soft pastel, I coloured the white cardstock background with yellow, light orange and cyan colour before embossed with the hearts embossing folder.

Candy Cane Heart

This is my version of tropical Christmas...enjoying candy cane under the bright blue sky..lol!
After I coloured the image, I used cloud stencil and soft pastel to carefully coloured the background. Titi soft pastel colour is quite vivid, love it.  The mistletoe look mid-way hanging, so I added a die-cut frame to ground the image.

    Bright Christmas

    I was the lucky winner for this cutie mouse stamp which was sponsored by Lorraine aka Lols last December. She is one talented lady, always churning out inspiring and beautiful cards. In the prize pack, I received her stunning mini handmade Christmas card. Of course I love and treasure it very much. I like keeping these handmade cards, admiring their craftwork as  each crafter has different design style.

    I coloured this image with Copic. Next, I die-cut a frame out of the green cardstock, after that, embossed it with the leafy embossing folder. Adhered the green panel onto the image and added die-cut poinsettia flower as embellishment.

      Dreaming of a White Christmas

      Wow, been neglecting this blog for the past 5 months. Finally, get some time to resume crafting. I stamped the image on a snippet of white cardstock (I have a plenty), coloured with Copic and fussy cut it out with scissors. Using snowflakes stencil and distress ink pad, I inked the background using brush. Easy peasy, and I love the outcome.

      Birthday Card

      Created the background using splash of red watercolour on watercolour paper. After dried, inked various stamps here and there. Image coloured with Copic, fussy cut out. Die-cut the birthday sentiment from snippet of black cardstock (leftover from making mini album.

      Watercolour background card

      Colouring the background with watercolour and then stamped various small stamps  onto it. Image was coloured with Copic and fussy cut out. Matted on black cardstock cut with postage-like style scissors.

      Just Perfect

       House-Mouse Designs 'Ballerina Baby', Copic, net stamp, star stamp, watercolour, deckle scissors

      Lately, saw postage dies being used in some creative papercrafting, so I jumped into the bandwagon..with diy postage die-cut using deckle scissors.

      The background was coloured with watercolour, inked some of the stamps here and there and adhered the cut-out coloured image onto it. Sentiment was stamped on snippet of white cardstock, cut out and inked the edges with a black marker.

      Christmas Blessings

      DIY Stencil for background colouring

      Inspired by Francine's background colouring tutorial, I used deckle scissors to cut out the inner part of square art card and used it as stencil with soft pastel to colour the background of front panel square card. Love her idea of making own stencil! Image was coloured with watercolour pencils and fussy cut out.

      With love at Christmas

      Use watercolour pencils to colour the image, while the background was created using soft pastel and cloud stencil.  Punch out floral border from white cardstock as added interest.

      Scent of flower

      stamp: House Mouse Designs mini clear stamp 'POPHM54 Spring flowers: I Am Roses (S10-601 Achillea Cottage, S10M-15 Achillea Cottage White, R5-2 Indian Jasmine Soft Pink), 
      Others: Scallop Square dies, Memory Box label die, Martha Stewart Frond punch, Copic

      Coloured the image with Copic and die-cut with a rectangle die.  Matted on a purple cardstock die-cut with scallop square. Use soft pastel to colour the white cardstock front.  Added some flowers from I Am Roses and finished it off with sentiment die-cut from Memory Box label die.
