Snarky Cat Gift Tag

 

 Tim Holtz 'Snarky Cat' stamp, washi tap, Faber Castell watercolour pencils, bubble mask, soft pastel 

                 snippets of punch out multi colour cardstock      

Created the background using soft pastel and then layer a bubble mask and coloured with yellow pastel .  After the image was coloured, I fussy cut it out and adhere to the tag above a snippet of washi tape. Added snippets of tiny punched out circle from various cardstock where I kept in a re-purpose transparent medicine box.

others: Mijello Mission Gold watercolour, TH distress ink pad (Broken China, Mustard Seed), stencil, stencil blending brush

Stamped the image on watercolour paper, coloured it with Mijello watercolour and then fussy cut the image and adhered to the bookmark.

On a piece of cardstock, I use honeycomb stencil and inked the background using distress ink pad with blending brush tool. It was therapeutic for me, able to create such background with simple tools.
