Hello

                                               stamp: House Mouse Designs 'Daisy Float'
others: Copic, Mijello water colour, daisy punch, leaf punch, label die, deckle scissors, patterned paper printed from computer, bling

Coloured the flower and mouse with Copic, colour pencil on boat and watercolour on the sea. Punch out daisy flowers from snippet of light orange cardstock and leaf was punch from snippet of green cardstock. Added bling to the centre of the daisy. Matted the patterned paper on pink cardstock before adhering the image.

LO Sweet

                           
 
 Use up my hoarded stacks of patterned paper to make this layout based on Rochelle's sketch. Added handmade rosette, diecut the 'sweet' word twice with black and white cardstock. Punch out a tag from yellow polkadot patterned paper and tie it with a cream colour twine.

Birthday

stamp: You're So Sweet freebie from Cardmaking & Papercraft 2012
others: Mijello watercolour, birthday embossing folder, 
I Am Roses flowers (R2-00, R1-503, R5-00)

Coloured the image with Mijello watercolour. Embossed a piece of white cardstock with birthday theme embossing folder and adhere to pink cardstock. Added pink roses bought from I Am Roses as embellishment.

Corner Bookmark



stamp: House Mouse Design 'Ballerina Baby', Prismacolor pencils, blue and purple polkadot  patterned papers.

Stamped image on white cardstock, coloured with Prismacolor pencils, fussy cut it out. Made the triangle corner bookmark, adhered the patterned papers and the cut out image.
 
Voila, stop reading and time to dance (relax!) lol.

Walk With Christ

stamp: The Greeting Farm 'Jesus Is The Way'(image & sentiment), watercolor, watercolour paper, Touch New markers

Coloured the background of a piece of watercolour paper with watercolour. Set aside to let it dry. Stamped the image on another piece of white cardstock, coloured with Touch New markers and fussy cut. Adhered the image to the bookmark and stamped the sentiment.

Friends Forever

stamp: The Greeting Farm ' Glory To God', embossing folder, soft pastel, Touch New markers

Playing with some of my much loved girly stamp, this one is from Greeting Farm. Stamped image on white cardstock, coloured with Touch New markers and fussy cut. I embossed a piece of white cardstock and shaded some colours with soft pastel before adhering to a piece of red cardstock. Adhered the cut out image. The sentiment was stamped on white cardstock and fussy cut and adhered to the bookmark.

Good Gift From Above

stamp image & sentiment: Mighty Hands 'Good Gift', soft pastel, Copic

I created the cloud background with a cloud stencil and soft pastel. Stamped the bird image on a white cardstock, coloured with Copic and fussy cut it out and adhered to the bookmark. I stamped the sentiment onto the bookmark.

      Another bookmark made using same technique, background coloured with soft pastel, stamped image on it and onto another white cardstock. Coloured the image on the white cardstock with Copic and fussy cut it out leaving the legs. Pasted on the bookmark and stamped the sentiment

        The background was coloured with soft pastel. I stamped the image onto the bookmark and on another piece of white cardstock. Coloured the image on the white cardstock with Touch New markers and fussy cut out the whole image except the legs. Adhered to the bookmark and stamped the sentiment.

        Trying a new card-making technique

        Kaiserkraft butterfly stamp, diy crochet flower, Sheena Douglas 'Fabulous Florals' embossing folder, Spellbinder Classic Circle die, floral patterned paper, fucshia  cardstock,

        Trying out Floating Strip technique as posted in the Butterfly Challenge

            First, I cut the floral patterned paper into 1 cm rectangle and adhered to a piece of plastic sheet, arranging them in order and leave a bit of spacing in-between the strips. Took out a circle die and diecut it. Took another piece of white cardstock and cut into 5cm square, embossed with floral embossing folder.
           Adhered the die-cut circle, crochet flower, sentiment, stamped and fussy cut butterfly image from snippet of flame red cardstock. 
         
        Challenges:
